Request for Letters of Interest: Mobility Forward: Electronic Database
Through a grant from the Federal Highway Administration's Prioritization Process Pilot Program (PPPP), Triangle West TPO (TWTPO) is launching Mobility Forward: Advancing the Durham Urban Area's Transportation Priorities. As part of this initiative, the TWTPO is procuring an Electronic Database. The selected Consultant will design, configure, deploy, host, and support a modern, secure, and scalable data management platform centered on an E-TIP database that handles project entry, amendments, lifecycle tracking, and reporting, while securely connecting with the cloud-based TIP systems of partner agencies.

Request for Letters of Interest: Mobility Forward: Advancing the Durham Urban Area's Transportation Priorities
The Triangle West TPO (TWTPO) Mobility Forward initiative will develop strategies to improve project delivery in the TPO area. This initiative is intended to assist our TPO, in partnership with our local jurisdictions and the North Carolina Department of Transportation (the Department), with obligating and delivering projects in our TPO area. Mobility Forward aims to conduct a comprehensive and stakeholder-driven process to ensure that our federal funds are allocated to feasible transportation projects that match community goals and are delivery-ready. This will include an intensive stakeholder analysis process to identify barriers and priorities; a Prioritization Analysis that examines our current process, criteria, and scoring mechanisms.

Request for Letters of Interest: NC-54 Corridor Masterplan
The Triangle West Transportation Planning Organization (Triangle West TPO) seeks a consultant team to develop a long-range, multi-modal corridor plan for the NC-54 Corridor through Research Triangle Park (RTP). The NC-54 Corridor is a critical transportation facility for North Carolina’s Research Triangle region. Triangle West TPO, the Research Triangle Foundation and NCDOT Division 5 will develop a vision and mission statement as well as goals to guide the development of NC-54 Corridor Masterplan. The purpose of this project is to develop a comprehensive, multi-modal vision for this important regional corridor, which is planned to include the Triangle Mobility Hub, a passenger rail station, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), and a portion of the Triangle Bikeway.

Request for Proposals: Weatherization Assistance Program
The Central Pines Regional Council (CPRC) is accepting licensed subcontractor proposals for a home energy improvement project under the North Carolina Energy Division's annual Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) and the Regional Weatherization - Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). CPRC is requesting proposals from interested parties who are properly licensed contractors in the State of North Carolina in the following individual trades: Plumbing, HVAC, Shell, Energy Auditor, Quality Control Inspector, Electrician.
