Invitation to Bid: Trinity AME Zion Church in Southern Pines

Central Pines Regional Council is seeking responses for rehabilitation efforts related to the Trinty AME Zion Church, located at 972 W Pennsylvania Ave, Southern Pines, NC 28387. The church is utilizing federal grant dollars to conduct the various requested rehabilitation services. Deadline for proposal is Friday, October 30, 2026 by 1:30 p.m.

To be considered you must submit the following prior to the deadline.

1. The attached bid sheets – there are two bid sheets, but this is one RFP; so please complete both sheets.
2. Proposed project/budget estimates (included in the bid sheets).
3. Credentials and information for any staff and/or subcontractors that will be working on the project.
4. Incomplete bid responses will not be considered.
5. The necessary design documents are attached.
6. There will be a public bid opening on Friday, October 30 at 1:30 p.m. All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope. The opening will be at Trinty AME Zion Church, located at 972 W Pennsylvania Ave, Southern Pines, NC 28387.
