Grace Lower

Grace Lower is the Water Resources Intern at Central Pines Regional Council, supporting the Clean Water Education Partnership (CWEP) through direct education, outreach, communications, and data analysis. She collaborates with CWEP’s 43 municipal partners to protect water quality and promote stormwater education across North Carolina. Grace holds a B.S.P.H. in Environmental Health Sciences (’25) and an M.S. in Environmental Sciences and Engineering (’26) from UNC Chapel Hill. She brings a background in research and community engagement from her work with the UNC Institute for the Environment and the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
