Jenny Halsey serves as Deputy Executive Director of Central Pines Regional Council, where she provides strategic leadership across organizational operations, regional initiatives, and partnerships that strengthen communities throughout the region.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning local government, regional planning, sustainability, human resources, and organizational strategy, Jenny brings a broad perspective to her work. She joined Central Pines Regional Council in 2016 as an Energy & Environment Planner and has since held progressively senior roles, including Local Government Consultant, Strategy & Operations Manager and Human Resources Officer, and Assistant Executive Director.
Throughout her career, Jenny has worked at the intersection of people, organizations, and community priorities. Her experience includes organizational strategy and operations, workforce and human resources, sustainability, and regional collaboration. In her role as Deputy Executive Director, Jenny works to advance Central Pines Regional Council’s mission and support its member communities through thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to public service.
