Jillian Hall has a background in psychology, human services, and data analysis. At Central Pines Regional Council, she previously worked on the UNITE Street Medicine pilot, supporting outreach and coordinated services for individuals experiencing homelessness. She now works with the Weatherization Assistance Program, helping support energy efficiency and housing improvements for low-income households across the region.
