Charlene Purkett

Charlene Purkett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and has worked in long term care since 1993. She served as the the Executive Director of an assisted living facility for 15 years, gaining extensive experience in senior care, facility operations and advocacy. Charlene has been a Ombudsman for over a year, where she advocates for the rights and dignity, and quality of care of older adults residing in long-term care facilities. She is committed to ensuring that residents are informed, heard and treated with respect.
